At Whitetail Insanity, we ensure that your hunting gear arrives safely and efficiently. Our shipping rates are based on your total order weight, product dimensions, and any applicable surcharges. Below is a breakdown of how we calculate shipping costs and handle oversized or freight shipments.
Shipping Charge Total = Base Order Charge + (Total Order Weight x Per Pound Charge) + Additional Charges (if applicable)
Certain large or irregular-shaped items require special handling and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Products classified as oversized or irregular-shaped may include:
Some oversized items exceed standard carrier size limits and must be shipped via freight. These products will be marked as "Freight Shipping Required" on the product page and may have additional fees.
Freight Shipping Policies:
✔ Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver the item to your driveway or curb. You are responsible for moving it to your desired location.
✔ Signature Required: A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
✔ Delivery Timeframes: Freight shipments may take longer than standard shipping. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
✔ Special Handling Fees: Large, heavy, or fragile items may incur additional charges.
✔ Limited Delivery Areas: Freight delivery is available within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship freight to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

At Whitetail Insanity, we stand behind the quality of our hunting gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✔ Return Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Unused & Original Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and tags.
✔ Proof of Purchase Required: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned due to safety, legal, or hygiene reasons:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our Customer Support Team or use our online return portal to request a return authorization (RMA).
2️⃣ Package Your Return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts and a copy of your order confirmation.
3️⃣ Ship It Back – Use the provided return label or your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Whitetail Insanity error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✔ Full Refunds: Eligible returns receive a full refund, minus shipping costs.
✔ Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to certain oversized or special-order items.
✔ Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
